Lauren is a writer and designer originally from the California Bay Area, currently transplanted to New York. She's getting her MFA at Parsons in Design and Technology. She did her undergrad in Film at Yale University, and worked for several years in academic publishing at PLOS. Her work takes a primarily feminist bent.
She loves to travel, but doesn't get to as much as she'd like, because her stolid companion, the cat, Friday, isn't good at long flights.
